Sadly, yes. Some people simply don't care about the integrity of other beings.

[He looks off-screen to where his Ninetales, Marianne, and his Umbreon, Thérèse are, frowning pensively.]

I don't know how one would go about testing the theory, though, without catching more pokémon and potentially brainwashing them.

[He sighs, holding his Happiny in his arms.]

I don't wanna do that. My Happiny ain't seen the inside of it's ball since I heard it.

That is likely for the best. I have too many pokémon now, though, to keep them all out at the same time, and a number of them aren't indoors-friendly. I'll have to figure out what to do for them.
